1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the ap99 platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and ap99. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

• You must be a resident of or currently located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously had an account terminated by ap99 for violations of these terms.
• You must register using your own personal details. Creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

ap99 employs age verification checks at registration and at the point of withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a user under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds therein subject to review.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the ap99 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances pending investigation.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and to maintain that accuracy throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid contact email or mobile number. ap99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to support any information provided.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

Account Verification (KYC)

ap99 is required to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period after a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ap99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods widely used in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Deposit Rules

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ap99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial means to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, or using the ap99 platform as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent any limitation placed on your account.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your account on your behalf.

7. Intellectual Property
